I'm the only librarian online! Help!

When you log in to Flash Chat, a few moments after selecting your queues (there may be a slight delay), you should see more librarians in your librarians tab besides just you. Usually around 30ish.

If you're the only librarian online, something is up. To correct it, follow these steps:

1. Log out of Flash Chat using the "Logout" link at the top right corner of the screen

2.a. If you are using Internet Explorer version 6, check your settings against pages 2-7 of the QP documentation PDF.

2.b. If you are using Internet Explorer version 7, check your settings against pages 7-14 of the QP documentation PDF.

3. Delete your temporary files and clear your cache

4. Log back in to Flash Chat & reselect your queues. 

After the usual slight delay, you should now see more librarians listed on your tab than just you. If you do not, please contact your liaison, Julie, or Cathay.
