Please check it out and let me know any changes or if it’s good to go You all should have editing access to that so feel free to do so. Webforms are less straight forward to edit though, so please feel free to send me your ideas and edits and I’ll update it.

The Testing Sign up Form is ready for your viewing!

’d like to send this form out soon so please read over it and let me know if it’s okay. I figure we’ll need a week or two to get people to sign up which can be going on while we all get set on the testing procedure. Once we have ten people, I’ll email everyone their folks and it will be up to you to schedule the time slots with your folks. Remember, only one group can be in the meeting room at a time so scheduling is important.

Testing procedure document on it’s way!

Amy F. and I worked out the procedure for testing and we’ll have that document (script and procedures with screen shots) done within a week or two to share with everyone. We think it’s a good idea if we have another wimba meeting so that we’ll be able to go over it with everyone so you’re comfortable before you start scheduling your tests.
