This massive excel file has the 2009, 2010 and so far in 2011 (Jan and Feb) breakdown for all the most-needed stats by institution. It includes: Chat Sessions Requested (Customer activity), Chat Sessions Accepted (Librarian activity), and Answers Sent (chat follow-up and email thru QP).
- Q1, Q2 2009_2010 stat comparison.pdf compares the first two quarters of 2009 and 2010 (January - June). In general, our overall statistics for 2009 to 2010 is down but the academic statistics for 2010 are up over 2009 by 32%. 2009 was the first full year that Montgomery County offered the qwidget interface and the explosive usage of that interface accounts for the big numbers and then the subsequent plateau.
