Draft scoring sheet

I am uploading something similar to what I used for usbility testing. Notice that I pulled out Core Tasks from the examples we have in our draft surveys.

The scoring success definitions show in the page footers.

would it be easier to have a print copy in front of us while we're watching the tester or to fill out the online form (which we can create in this group) ?

if paper, how will we share our findings? retype / scan and upload to group or fill out form post-test?
