QP 24/7 Reference Co-op Advisory Board Notes

Today was the QuestionPoint 24/7 Reference Cooperative Advisory Board meeting.  Check out the notes if you're interested in  specifics. The interesting bits included:

  • a report that the Qwidget Roll-up pilot is going well
  • that the QP install including "the librarian is typing" messages was successful
  • and that they're looking into starting a Geneaology chat queue (similar to the global Spanish queue).
