Exciting Opportunity to Showcase AskUsNow! at Maryland Day in April!

Calling all Maryland AskUsNow! Providers and Supporters!

We're participating in the big Maryland Day event on Saturday, April 28 (10am to 4pm) and need volunteers to help staff our booth.  Maryland Day is jam-packed with family friendly events and informational booths on the University of Maryland's College Park campus.  Events this year range from meeting Elmo's performer, discovering the secret of dance for dogs (and for the people who walk them), to learning Chinese!  See UMD"s Maryland Day website for details, including a map and parking:

As in the past, Maryland AskUsNow! will share a tented booth with McKeldin Library, near the library's location, and talk about how our VR service works to all passers by.  Last year there was a whopping 97,000 visitors and the organizers are predicting even more for 2012!

Volunteers are needed for 1/2 day or full day shifts:

9:30-12:00

12:00-4:00
