In response to the Haiti earthquake crisis, we've put together a resource list. It can be found on our customer site as well as on delicious.

Why resource lists? 

We originally started doing resource lists as a way to do a little premptive reference - our first was a Thanksgiving resource list in 2008 to help answer some of the questions we thought people might have AND to market ourselves. The guides are also handy in helping you guys (our providers and backbone of the service) when helping customers with their ever-changing information needs.

What do you do with these lists?

Our resource lists are posted on the askusnow.info customer portal, our MySpace, Facebook, and Twitter accounts as well as the MDASKUSNOW listserv and the staff support website. As of today, we're also putting the links on delicious.

What's the future of resource lists?

We're not sure yet as it's an organically growing process. We hope to develop these resource lists (and borrow from other's) more often (and not just for standard US holidays). If you have a suggestion for a future resource list, please let us know.

Can i share these lists with others?

PLEASE DO! Lots of people on Twitter, Facebook, MySpace, and elsewhere share our lists (or specific links from our lists) with others! Information is meant to be free - share!!
