proposed changes to the customer portal (www.askusnow.info)

www.askusnow.info needs an update. specifically on sub-page names, a slight content shift and some tweak in our SEO (search engine optimization). our viewport page (the page customers see when they're entering the service) needs some tweaking. the last revision of these pages (other than some content-updating) was two years ago. too long.

I've got a doc outlining the proposed changes. it's three loose pages (6 with the title, brief intro and end page). please read it and let me know if you have questions, issues, comments, etc on it. Read it here (pdf).

please weigh in before Tuesday February 15th. that's a week to review 3 pages and tell me i'm nuts or give me the go-ahead).

I welcome all discussion in the comments here, via email, phone, or sky writing (though i'm sure that's not the most cost-effective). ;-)

Update: I'd also like to add a "sign up" area for teachers who wish to test drive the service for their students... or have their students use the service.
